Buddy With Your Body – The Brand That Changes You…

Buddy With Your Body products are more than just clothing with catchy quotes, jokes, or designs. They aren’t here for you to simply think, "I like this quote" or "I like this design." In fact, I never liked wearing printed designs on my clothes. But one day, while walking through a busy city street, something changed for me.

As I observed the crowd, a teenage guy passed by wearing a T-shirt that caught my attention. It displayed a provocative slogan in a well-known adult website logo’s style. I wondered, what motivates him to wear something like that? Does he think it’s cool? Later that day, I saw a young woman wearing a sweatshirt with a huge middle finger printed on the back, aimed at anyone walking behind her. She looked sad, almost lost. That’s when it hit me: What do these messages, these clothes, do to the people wearing them—and to the people around them?

I had some familiarity with the work of Masaru Emoto, the Japanese researcher who wrote The Hidden Messages in Water. His work showed that no two sources of water are the same. When frozen, water forms unique crystalline structures, much like snowflakes. What fascinated me was how water from pure, natural sources formed beautiful hexagonal shapes, while water from polluted sources or treated pipes produced disorganized, formless shapes.

Emoto took this further by labeling bottles of water with positive and negative words. The bottles labeled with words like "I love you" and "Thank you" created stunning, intricate patterns when frozen, while the water exposed to negative words like "You disgust me" and "Evil" showed chaotic, shapeless formations. This simple experiment reveals how deeply water reacts to the energy around it—whether that’s written words, thoughts, or even music.

Curious? You can try it at home. Cook some rice and place it in three separate jars. Label the first with loving words like "I love you" or "You’re beautiful." On the second jar, write negative phrases like "I hate you." Leave the third jar as a control, unmarked. Each day, focus positive energy on the first jar, negative energy on the second, and ignore the third. Over time, you’ll notice that the first jar ferments naturally, while the second jar starts to mold, and the third usually rots.

But why does this happen? It’s because water, the foundation of life, is incredibly sensitive to its environment. Water holds memory and responds to everything—from written words to thoughts, images, symbols, and sounds. It’s alive in its own way.

And this is where Buddy With Your Body merch comes in. Every living thing, including our bodies, is mostly made of water—about 60%. The water in our bodies is just as receptive to external vibrations as the water in Emoto’s studies. That’s why I created this brand. I wanted to use the power of positive words and affirmations, printing them visibly on our products. Since our bodies are like vessels of water, these affirmations can positively influence us, shifting our energy and mood, and serving as symbols of love and appreciation for our bodies. It’s a way of saying, "Thank you" and "I love you" to ourselves.

But Buddy With Your Body merch is not just about personal change—it’s about impacting others, too. How do you think someone might feel when they read "I love you" or "Thank you" on your shirt? Words are powerful vibrations, and they can affect the people around us in positive ways.

I once watched a documentary about people who had survived suicide attempts. One man shared that he had been crying on a bus, feeling hopeless, and he prayed for someone to talk to him. He told himself that if just one person acknowledged him, he wouldn’t jump off the bridge that day. But no one did, so he jumped. Thankfully, he survived. But what if he had seen the words "I love you" on someone’s shirt? Maybe it would have made a difference.

Many of us move through the world, silently hoping for signs or words of encouragement. I believe that when I wear this clothing, I am offering those words to whoever needs them. It’s a way to serve others, to offer comfort or inspiration without saying a word.

While Emoto’s studies are often labeled pseudoscience, I ask: how can the substance that sustains life be so easily dismissed? Water isn’t just H2O. It’s full of memory, intelligence, and power. And as many ancient spiritual traditions teach, the quality of water we drink is directly connected to who we become.
